The MAS Conference secretariat MUST be notified in writing of all cancellations / transfer of registration:
* In circumstance where the registrant request for refund of registration fees, MAS reserved the right to deduct a 15% administrative fee on the total value of the amount claimed.
The registration price for MAS members is only applicable if your MAS membership is still valid. If your membership is no longer active, your conference registration will automatically be process as a non-MAS member.
